Mrs Barnsley

Teaching is the best job in the world!  I can’t imagine another job which brings as much fun and as much challenge.  Every day is different and I really enjoy learning alongside the children. I worked at Lindale as a newly qualified teacher back in the year 2000.  It is lovely to be back here again.

Mrs Curwen

I am very proud to be headteacher of Lindale Primary School. Lindale has such a warm sense of community and I enjoy getting to know every pupil in the school and seeing the progress that they make. Every day is different in a school and the children always have creative and imaginative ideas that I would never have thought of myself. I love helping the children to achieve those ‘light bulb’ moments!

Mrs Watson

I like working at Lindale Primary School as everyone is so friendly and caring; it feels like I am part of a big family.

Mrs Law

No two days are the same when you work in a school and that’s one of the things I enjoy most about my job.  I love teaching young children because they are so enthusiastic about the things they see, do and learn.  It’s great at the end of the year when you can look back at all the things the children have done and see the progress they’ve made. Getting out and about with the children is always fun, I love taking them on outings and exploring the environment in our forest school sessions.

Miss Snelson

I love working at Lindale as the staff and students have created a wonderful and happy learning environment.

Miss Barker

I love supporting children to develop and grow within school, making our learning fun and memorable. Each child is unique and has a special talent, be that still hidden or already discovered, and I work to encourage them all to flourish. What is great about working at a small rural school like Lindale Primary, is that I get to know every single child and can help them reach their full potential. I am proud to be part of such a fantastic, friendly, and hard working team of staff and children.

Miss Dickinson

I love coming to work everyday at Lindale Primary School as the teachers and pupils have made me feel welcome and part of the ‘family’. I enjoy working with enthusiastic children who are eager to learn and draw experience from my creative background to encourage pupils to always try their best, no matter the outcome.

Mrs Wood

I moved to the UK from Jersey with my family in 1996 and started my role at Lindale School in August 2000.

My job as office manager is varied, and I am sometimes known as a ‘jack of all trades’. I love working at this small village school where all children and staff are valued. We have a great team and all work together well.

Mrs Coulston

I look forward to coming to work at Lindale School each day because it feels like I am spending time with my ‘other’ family! The children and staff are so friendly and welcoming which makes my job so enjoyable.

Mrs Lishman

After first starting at Lindale School as a volunteer, I was so amazed at how the staff and the children were so happy and like one big family. Now 20 years later, my own children have left and my grandchildren now attend, and I am still here as happy as I was the first day I started.
