Key Stages

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) The Early Years Foundation Stage has a separate curriculum covering Nursery and Reception.
We are fortunate to have Nursery provision for 12 children in the afternoon who join our Reception class.

Key Stage 1 (KS1) This covers Years 1 and 2.

Key Stage 2 (KS2) This cover Years 3,4,5 and 6.

Our Classes

Arrangement of our classes in KS1 and KS2 varies according to the number of children in each age group. Classes are arranged according to age, as mixed age groups.

Currently our classes are: Reception/Year 1, Years 2/3 and Years 4,5 and 6).

Our children also sometimes work in other groupings including single age group for work on specific Year group content such as spelling or grammar. Year 6 is taught separately for Maths.
